Returns and Refunds

Please be sure to read the item description and view  Size charts as all items comes just as described and pictured.

However Customers can still request for an exchange at our discretion .Arielles Jewels will accept returns for credit ONLY for full price items. If any issues with the merchandise please email mimbakiki@gmail.com with 48hrs of receiving the item. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any orders can be cancelled. 

Any merchandise marked "Sale" are final sale with no exchange. No exception! All jewelries are final sale and cant be returned as well!

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including

• Original condition

• No signs of wear.

• Not washed

• No perfume/odors

• Tags still in place

• Mailed within 72hours of delivery

Approved exchanges for store credit will incur a 20-25% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are Non-refundable

Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

Arielles jewels diligently inspects all items before shipping, therefore damage merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned item will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke and in the event  that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. 

Price on this  invoice does not include shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages
